Deputy Manager
- Lead our team and oversee the operation of our residential care home.
- Ensure compliance with HIQA, Tusla, and Children First guidelines.
- Support and mentor staff while maintaining the highest standards of care.
Social Care Leaders (€40,000 - €45,000, based on experience)
Lead and support staff during shifts
Participate in care planning, reviews and multi-disciplinary meetings.
Ensure high-quality care and compliance with standards.
Social Care Workers (Full-Time & Part-Time) (€35,000 - €42,000, based on experience)
- Work directly with young people to support their emotional, educational, and social development.
- Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions.

Domestic Support Staff

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and comfortable home environment.
